Under the Influence

This year some of our grade 8's and 9's worked extremely hard learning monologues and putting together a fantastic drama performance. "Under the Influence" dealt with mature content and subjects, such as the abuse of drugs and alcohol, the effects of drunk driving and steroids. The students say that if their performance made a difference in one person's life; if it helped one person make a better choice, then it was more than worth the hours and hours of time and effort dedicated to the production.
